I first met Jayme over 10 years ago at a gym where she taught yoga and I was instantaneously hooked with her approach. She works on breathing and meditation techniques as well as takes the time to explain the benefits of each posture and its health/biological benefits on the body. Therefore it was natural for me to contact her many years later when I was having trouble conceiving a baby. Her yoga classes helped relax my body and my mind in order to shift my energy and decrease my body’s anxiety. After many attempts, I was finally pregnant! During my pregnancy I was able to enjoy Prenatal Yoga and Couples Birthing classes with Jayme which in turn helped me physically and mentally during labor. I now continue to benefit from her teachings in Mommy & Baby Yoga classes. Jayme has a real understanding of yoga’s impact on the body and the mind.
