Just as the body has many layers, so does the mind, through observation we will begin to identify the many layers of the mind. We will also learn how to work with our energy as a therapeutic tool. Through exploration we will experience our love body as real and tangible. As we refine the way we perceive things, our wisdom or knowledge will naturally occur.
