As a new mom, I sometimes find it difficult to balance caring for my baby while also taking care of myself. Mom and baby yoga helps me with this challenge of motherhood. Jayme leads moms through a gentle workout, reminding us to connect with our breath and our physical body, without forgetting baby! I find Jayme particularly skillful at incorporating the little ones into our yoga practice with a variety of stimulating and relaxing exercises depending on their moods and needs. The class is an enjoyable activity for both my son and I.

I have taken Prenatal Yoga with Jayme and am currently in the Postnatal with my infant. I really enjoyed the prenatal yoga. It was relaxing and I believe helped prepare for child birth. Jayme has a lot of experience and was able to suggest movements for any discomfort I was having. She often asked what areas of the body we wanted to work on in the class. She is very knowledgeable and goes into depth with explanations of areas connected in the body and also, the mind. I am currently in the Postnatal yoga and I enjoy bringing my baby. We focus on the infants, but also, continue to work on our own bodies in the class. I highly recommend taking a class with Jayme, she is knowledgeable and cares about those in her class!

Jayme’s meditation class was literally a lifesaver for me; it allowed me to calm down when I was feeling overwhelmed and anxious. As a first time mum, I was physically and emotionally exhausted, I desperately wanted to “get it right”. Jayme taught me how to go into a calm place and reconnect with myself. I soon started to feel at peace, and very connected to my baby. She also provided me with techniques to keep me focused during stressful times at home, thereby saving my sanity.I always look forward to Jayme's class, she continues to impress me for many reasons. She is so warm, so caring, so helpful, and so knowledgeable.

I first met Jayme over 10 years ago at a gym where she taught yoga and I was instantaneously hooked with her approach. She works on breathing and meditation techniques as well as takes the time to explain the benefits of each posture and its health/biological benefits on the body. Therefore it was natural for me to contact her many years later when I was having trouble conceiving a baby. Her yoga classes helped relax my body and my mind in order to shift my energy and decrease my body’s anxiety. After many attempts, I was finally pregnant! During my pregnancy I was able to enjoy Prenatal Yoga and Couples Birthing classes with Jayme which in turn helped me physically and mentally during labor. I now continue to benefit from her teachings in Mommy & Baby Yoga classes. Jayme has a real understanding of yoga’s impact on the body and the mind, I highly recommend her work and I will definitely keep following her career as it evolves. - My-Chi Trinh & Baby Chloe
"I have worked with Jayme for the majority of my pregnancy. I took her group class, then moved into private sessions and completed her birthing workshop for couples. All of my experiences with Jayme have been extremely positive, helping me stay grounded as I navigate this precious journey. Her gentle and professional approach to yoga and meditation have helped me manage anxiety and stress, learn new breathing techniques, new postures, new strategies to communicate with my baby, and deepen connection with my partner. I’m ever grateful to Jayme and her yoga therapy methodology. I give her my highest recommendation."

"Practicing yoga and meditation with Jayme always feels like taking an invigorating breath of fresh air. Upon first meeting, her natural spark and openness put me at ease right away. Her ability to be fully present and tailor her classes to each of her student's specific needs helped me to go deep and receive so much more than I could ever expect out of each session with her. Her classes and trainings have been nothing less than life-changing on my motherhood journey, guiding me towards self-healing of body and mind on so many levels. I am forever grateful for Jayme's generosity, and for the safe and welcoming space she created for my son and I to discover yoga as a therapeutic practice."

I've been taking Jayme's yoga class since my daughter was about 4 months old. Now she is almost 14 months old and we are still enjoying yoga with Jayme. As a new mom, being active and being present has helped me tremendously; Jayme's class has supported me in both ways. Through meditation and breathing, my mind is able to be more present, calmer, and positive. Jayme's reminders have helped me to feel my breath, show gratitude for my body, and acknowledge that I am human and dealing with what all moms deal with. She reminds us that we are not alone and this has given me comfort and strength in my journey as a new mother.
