"I met Jayme in 2014 from a small advertisement in a Montreal family magazine. There was something from that page that jumped out at me so I decided to contact her. At the time, I was searching to deepen my knowledge in yoga and mindfulness and little did I know that I was going to embark on a life changing experience. I am a physiotherapist by profession specializing in posture, headaches and chronic pain. My 2 year journey with Jayme has lead me to a greater awareness of myself and others. Her training has helped me to become not only a better therapist, but a better person in general. I feel more fulfilled and have a greater understanding of how to achieve my goals and how to better face challenges. Jayme teaches from the heart and stays true to herself. Thank you Jayme for sharing your knowledge with me and I really enjoyed learning from you."
